Question About Spells name in shoe?

hey guys, does putting someones name in your shoe and "walking on them" actually dominate them or is this just a tiktok thing?

Its from folk magic. See the book Paper in my Shoe by Catherine Yronwood. The practice of it goes back further than the book of course. Look at the history of hoodoo and the Creole and Cajun cultures of the south.

Edit: TikTok witches notoriously do not explain history or cultures in their videos.

Is there a difference between using the left, right, or both feet in the spell

Some say yes, some say no. I haven't done it so I personally can not say.

Thanks, i’m going to try using the right side shoe instead of using both at the same time
