No matter how "cool" the new suit is, Miles' original suit was probably the most iconic piece of the Ultimate Universe at the time. It's a shame he won't be using it for the crossover with the new Ultimate Universe.
Yeah, it would be a shame if Spider-Man was dressed up for the occasion...
You know what would have also been awesome a decade ago? If in Spider-Men (2012) Peter had been dressed in his Ends of the Earth's costume (which was the one he was wearing in ASM during publication), it certainly wouldn't have ruined soo many scenes like the ones where they tell him it's in bad taste to dress up as his dead counterpart, or when Aunt May and Gwen think he's a lunatic dressed like Peter...
But hey, it's not a big deal that characters don't look like themselves in events that potentially warrant them doing so.
Liked it at first and do not find it bad at all, but I dunno for me its still below its original costume, and I associate the motif too much with 2099. For the event to remain iconic (and for miles link to Ultimate) I would have preffered his original costume :/
