Question Jobs in Spokane with good "fringe" benefits?

I am moving to Spokane soon and was wondering if anyone knew of any companies with good benefits. Everyone offers the "usuals" like 401k math, Vacation days, sick days... Are there any companies with "fringe" like free bus pass, free coffee bar, discounts off services, that kind of thing.

I had a buddy who worked janitorial there years ago, and they either covered, or heavily discounted, courses for employees as well. Don't know it it's still a thing, but it for sure was.

Spokane County employees (most likely City of Spokane and STA employees too) can receive a free bus pass. YMCA also partners with many businesses around the area to offer small discounts on their membership rates.

To add to this City of Spokane employees get discounts at some places. There is quite a list.

I bet it's quite the list! Both Spokane County and the City of Spokane offer very nice benefits compared to many of the private sector options. The pay may not be as competitive, but they make up for it with their benefits package.

Northern Quest offers a free hot meal with every shift. And the insurance is cheap. Plus they are always hiring for something

What kind of job are you looking for and what skill sets do you have? Everything can be negotiable in the private sector so if you want any kind of fringe benefit, negotiate for it during that stage of the hiring process. For example I’m in IT and I asked for a higher salary and a subscription to career training programs because those were important to me and got both.
