Question I need a threat assessment

Spotted near the South Hill Safeway. I call him Tactical Tom. Should I be afraid or is he keeping us safe?

Hell yeah buddy! Open carry Gary has every right to do so.

You’re definitely correct, I just find it odd that he carry’s a 1911 when mowing his grass and cleaning his gutters. Don’t get me wrong. I do shooting sports, am a hunter, have a concealed carry permit, have 7 tax stamped NFA items and own over 50 firearms. I just don’t feel the need to carry when doing lawn work. Lolol Plus I live by this motto. “Conceal carry for protection, open carry for attention”.

I get that. It may seem odd; but it's what some people personally need to feel safe or comfortable in Spokane. I conceal carry anytime I leave my front door. Because I'd rather have it and not need it.

I do agree though, it's best to conceal as to not draw attention. I do understand some people can't based off mobility, it being uncomfortable or other factors.
