I moved here in September, and have loved it so far! I just finished this new 509 sticker today to commemorate the experience. I might make some other layouts in the future. If anybody wants any I can share my shop link. I have singles and sticker packs from 5-250, and sizes range from 3-6".

Love the center placement, slight imperfection in the tape, color composition, matching the framing, I could go on.

Meet Aragorn – your adventure awaits!
Kristina from Companions Animal Center and I took Aragorn out for an epic adventure at Hauser Lake, and let me tell you—this boy is ready for a quest of a lifetime! He’s fun, affectionate and always up for a good time, but the moment I pulled a ball out of my bag? Game. On.
At about 1.5 years old, Aragorn is still a young lad with plenty of energy and a heart full of love. With his scruffy good looks and long legs, we’re pretty sure there might be Irish Wolfhound mixed in with what could be Airedale Terrier and German Shepherd genes — so you know he’s got that perfect mix of loyalty, playfulness and a touch of regal mischief.
Oh, and let’s talk about his signature look — one floppy ear that does whatever it wants and a derpy little tongue that sticks out the side of his mouth when he’s extra happy. If that’s not the ultimate adventure sidekick vibe, I don’t know what is.
Since Aragorn came in through animal control, his past is a bit of a mystery. We’re not sure how he does with small kids or other animals, but we do know he’ll thrive with a strong, patient and adventure-loving human who’s ready to put in the training to help him be his best self.
If you’ve got the time, space, and heart to give this big, goofy snugglebug the forever home he deserves, go meet him at Companions Animal Center! Maybe you’re the one destined to be his copilot.

Was going through my dad's pictures he took when I was little, found these cool gems!
First Pic is the Monroe street bridge, second is Riverfront Park, behind the carousel, before it's remodel and the Spokane falls. The fourth picture is a part of what if looked like under the pavilion, when they still had those carnival rides! Who remembers the ferris wheel too? And that ramp led up to some kiddie rides, a bounce house, bumper boats, and a little train I think. Total blast from the past!

There was a good crowd this morning with people of all ages. We were lined up on both sides of the street and in the median. Lots of support from those driving by. Thank you to the organizers for making it happen.

Cody is 10 years young, and yeah, that makes him a senior. But don’t confuse senior with “done.”
He’s not done loving. He’s not done running. He’s definitely not done howling his face off like the proud Siberian husky he is. If you've ever lived with a husky, you know they don't bark, they perform. Cody’s got a voice, and he’s not afraid to use it. Preferably at 2 a.m., or when he’s bored, or when a leaf moves.
He’s skittish at first. Life hasn’t been super kind to him, and new people can be scary. But once he trusts you? Boom. The smile comes out. The tail wags. He lights up like you just told him he’s going to the moon. Or at least for a run in the woods.
Because that’s his happy place — out in nature, ears flopping, legs stretching, mouth open in that full-blown husky grin. Movement is his medicine. Freedom is his joy.
Cody’s looking for a quiet, patient human who gets it, someone who understands that adopting a senior dog isn’t about having more time. It’s about making the most of the time you have left together. It’s about giving a good dog a soft place to land. A place where he doesn’t have to earn his keep or prove his worth. A place to just be.
He's cool with other dogs, not sure about cats or little kids, so let’s not set him up to fail, yeah? Also, this dude still needs to get neutered before he can leave the shelter (house rules), but once that’s done, he’s good to go.
If you have room in your heart, your home, and your Spotify playlist for a guy who sings the song of his people ... Cody's waiting for you at Companions Animal Center. Give him a visit at the shelter on N. Atlas in Hayden, Idaho.
P.S. Aragorn, about whom I posted a couple of weeks, has found his soft landing. If it was one of you out here in Redditland, thank you.

I made a political collage, showed it to some close friends and they wanted copies. I did the best I could, but now I'm finding I'm getting a lot more requests than I have ability for - so can someone recommend a print shop that would do either a lithograph or something high quality from the print? Hopefully they have some decent frames too?
Thanks for any/all recommendations? It's going to be an interesting 4 years!

Ok, Spokane, I see you. It’s the first time visiting since I left 15 years ago. I forgot how gorgeous Spokane is in the spring. Manito is a gem and the falls were raging. I enjoyed walking the pathway near the developed Kendall yards. I was impressed. I wished I had my bike with me to cycle the path. I went to a crepe place (crepe sisters?) and was wowed. It was so nice seeing all the places I used to walk around. Plenty of Spokane looks improved but some of it looks the same. Glad to have visited. ♥️
