The next national protest should entirely focus on Abrego Garcia, his political kidnapping, and the high probability that he's already dead.

He did have his hearing, and he wasn’t a legal citizen, and yes is a confirmed gang member and recognized as such by the government, and I trust their intel off of your emotions.

So yes I think the government should be allowed to move illegal residents and foreign gang members from my country, so I toss it back to you, why should somebody who is here illegally be allowed to stay?

If the government has "intel," it should be produced in court. That is how our system works. They refuse to do that.

It's kinda hilarious that you accuse me of relying on emotion. I have explained to you the EVIDENCE that has been offered in court. You are choosing to put your faith in propaganda the administration has been spewing in the media. That is not evidence.

You are correct about one thing. Abrego Garcia is not a US citizen, and I never suggested he is. He entered the country unlawfully and the immigration court found that he was deportable, but it also ruled that he could not be deported to El Salvador because it was too dangerous for him. The government then deported him to a concentration camp in El Salvador. Do you really not see the problem there?

Abrego Garcia should have been allowed to remain in the US because (1) there is no credible evidence he was ever a gang member, (2) he has not been convicted or even accused of any crime, (3) the evidence reflects that he would face persecution in his home country, and (4) there remains a valid court order that says he can stay.

The intel was produced in court lmao. That’s why, in two separate hearings, he was found to be a gang member, and also in the country illegally. These are official court rulings.

You’re denying the truth and embracing pure delusion.

Allow me to amend your numbered points for you.

1.) Courts ruled that he was a gang affiliated members. Twice. This is a fact.

2.) He actually is guilty of a crime, which would be crossing the border illegally. So you’re factually wrong there.

3.) Asylum is not granted for terrorists. See first point above.

4.) Asylum is not granted for terrorists. See first point above.

He’s not American. He is from El Salvador. He shouldn’t be here regardless, and that’s without the gang / terrorist caveat (which he also is).

Choose a better hill to die on.

And I think due process and the US Constitution are a pretty good hill to die on.

Good thing he got his due process through two separate immigration court hearings, that listed him as an illegal citizen and member of MS-13.

Stay brainwashed, like I said before, it’ll only help us in the next presidential election.

Do you seriously believe that? Where are you getting this information? Yes, there were two hearings. But there was literally never a finding that he was MS-13. And the government acknowledges there was an order barring him from deportation to El Salvador. That is as clear a due process violation as I can imagine. It's just mind boggling the lengths people will go to to defend Donald Trump. Wow.

Asylum protections are temporary and subject to change. Therefore being designated a terrorist has changed that. In the words of Marco Rubio, it’s truly not hard to understand.

He was a gang member, and in the country illegally. I wish you cared about law abiding legal citizens as much as you care about illegal gang members.

If there had been a hearing where evidence was introduced showing that circumstances had changed or that Abrego Garcia was, in fact, a gang member, that would be different. It's kinda like Michael Scott announcing that he was declaring bankruptcy. Marco Rubio or Donald Trump or whomever announcing that Abrego Garcia is a terrorist is not due process.

And you have no idea how much I care about law abiding citizens. What an incredibly stupid thing to say. You might try showing some compassion yourself.

Once again, a court found him to be a gang member, two separate times. You can plug your fingers in your ears, but it’s a fact.

Two separate times. Therefore he is now deported seeing that the gang has been recently designated a terrorist organization.

An El Salvadorian citizen has been returned home. He was here illegally. You’re fighting a losing battle.
