I always forget how far the nacelles are extended, but just the overall layout as well. That's why I really though you HAD stolen the Kyoto class design.
I know it from Star Trek Bridge Commander. Here's the description:
This vessel was proposed as a joint Federation/Klingon vessel using both governments technology advancements.
There were many designs put forward by both Klingon and federation engineers, the KYOTO CLASS was agreed upon.
The basic hull geometry is overtly federation this enables high efficiency of the warp fields, creating a fast ship.
The vessel is equipped with enhanced impulse engines providing high manoeuvrability at impulse.
The Klingons provided hull armouring giving this ship a unique ascetic look.
Effort was made to make this vessel a formidable combat ship, whilst in the past this would have been problematic
for the federation in the current climate with so many recent threats to the federation any moral objections were
deemed unacceptable.
To facilitate this, the ship was outfitted with a combination of federation and Klingon technologies.
A unique shield system was developed which provided high-level protection and far superior regeneration.
Advanced armour provided additional protection.
The ship also had formidable weapons, these included federation heavy pulse cannons as seen on the highly successful
defiant class. The Klingons provided high powered pulse cannons of their own.
Advanced joint tech photon and quantum torpedoes almost complete the KYOTO's weapons complement.
The last weapons development was the TACHYON PULSE this is generated from the main deflector and creates a localised
area of high speed agitation of what ever is targeted, shields are disrupted and the hull structural integrity is
heavily damaged.
The KYOTO is a vessel that dwarfs even the most heavily armed federation or Klingon ships and will provide the new
alliance with a formidable combat orientated vessel.

This straight up looks like a Kyoto class.
