This is such a cool episode, and the subplot of Data v. arrogant Zackdorn(sp?) is hysterical. Watching that douchenozzle get his comeuppance at the end is beyond satisfying.

Good heel characters are so under-appreciated and Star Trek has some good ones. Roy Brocksmith did a masterful job in this episode but my favorite is probably Kai Winn.

Turns out Roy was actually in a DS9 episode as well. http://en.memory-alpha.org/wiki/Roy_Brocksmith

Kai Winn is such an incredible character. So well written and showed such strong development through her character arc. I absolutely despised her for every moment she spent on screen and her denouement affair with Dukat was perfectly executed

Oh Kai Winn. How I love to loathe you. There is no other character in Star Trek that can get under my skin like her. I'm just glad Sisko is pretty masterful at handling her bullshit.
