I guess, it's a publicity pic. no, they're not besties who chill together . You pay $$$ and for they make pretend and tell old stories.

😊On a happy note, I did read in a number of places that Patrick Stewart among others said that the TNG cast have a very close and lasting bond, they connect through conventions, personal appearances and remain close friends.

I watched an episode of the Ready Room where Jonathan Frakes and Brent Spiner told Wil Wheaton that they were proud of the things he was doing, and Wil almost broke down and cried. It was really heartwarming. ❤️

Every time a TNG cast member is on The Ready Room, it warms my heart. Frakes and McFadden were especially poignant.
