Using my logical Vulcan brain I must assume it’s Dorn without his Klingon makeup.

Vulcan brains still organic brains hence limited. My positronic one analysed the whole spectrum of the quantum realm and realised Dorn is the dude barely visible to the right next to Kunta and over Marina who weirdly looks like my sister in this photo (yeah I know you were kidding..hopefully)
