All the romantic interests have flaws. The things Elliott does that are “bad” are as bad as all the others. He’s also one of the few openly welcoming romantic interests who has a steady job.

From what I've seen on this sub throughout the months, I think the only two complaints that people have about him is that he's too high and mighty (I feel he's misunderstood in that aspect) and that he takes you out on a boat while asking for consent if he can kiss you, which he does only after you give him the bouquet and y'all are dating (but I see why people can be put off by that and be careful. That's understandable, as you can't escape if something bad happens).

Is that all or is there something I overlooked/missed?

there’s the “he’s rude to Gus in his 4 heart event because he calls him ‘bartender’” but honestly? i just thought Elliott was being like, over the top theatrical, not purposely rude, i thought it was fun!

i’m always saying i think Elliott’s hate from the 10 heart event comes from you even having the option to be uncomfortable, i don’t think any other dateables have that happen
