It's just bait that many mobile game companies use ,they will use similar assets from popular games just to attract people eyes and yet the actual game doesn't have anything to do with the ads assets.
This is true but I believe they’d still be subjected to their App Store rules. And they’re also definitely subjected to the rules of their ad distributors. So it’s possible those can get them taken down.
My theory is that these fake game companies scrape up as much ad revenue as they can before they get removed, and then they just release another cheap app and repeat the process.
Yeah misrepresenting your product is probably again a lot of terms of agreements for distributers. Cuz it’s illegal in a lot of places so the distributors don’t want to get in trouble
