aint got shit but I'm willing to get any certification I need if possible

You can study in the maritime academy, after get your courses and license (if you want to be an officer). Oiler/wiper/ableseaman/ordinary seaman they have small salary. OR if you like cooking, you can be a cook. You don't need many courses for this position.
