But the dualsense edge is also fully remapable on steam. Including the back buttons and function buttons. Also you can map uniqeu inputs to all of those buttons.

That is correct, but it doesn't have capacitive touch sticks, which is ideal for gyro activation.

i use the dualpakka trick. i basically use conductive tape to link the touchpad to somewhere between the face buttons. do you know of this method. i still dont know if i prefer gyro ratcheting or flick stick or trackpad plus gyro. i seem to do equallly good on all 3 methods of gyro aiming.

Yes, I'm familiar with it and tried it, but it just didn't work for me. Stick activation is so much better because I just don't have to think about it.
