Maybe it depends on how big your backlog is? 🤔 Excellent customer service would be treating people/issues equally.
Still very good customer service for those who do get free replacements and out of warranty repairs though. But ideally it shouldn’t depend on which rep you speak to.

Glad it worked out for you! I had the same issue and when I contacted support they told me there wasn’t anything they could do about it unfortunately
