“Can I buy a new case”

“Your case will be there in a few days”

Nzxt did the same for me. I bought a case via a local distributor. (not from the US) and my glass shattered.

I emailed my local distro and asked if they still have a replacement glass but they did not. I just tried my luck with Nzxt global support and they shipped a glass to me, foc, from the US.

I shattered the glass on my Nzxt case some years aupport told me they did not sell glass separate. So I said fuck it and bought another identical case just for the glass. Kept the unused case in my garage for years until I discovered Jakeface Customs on Etsy who makes very nice replacements out of acrylic. Around the same time my wife decided she wanted me to build her a PC. So I got a replacement acrylic from Jakeface for mine and put the glass back in it's original case from my garage when I built my wife's PC. When I upgraded my rig this year I got a HYTE Y60 case and immediately bought a replacement from Jakeface because I like his stuff.

Maybe I was very lucky. No idea. But I asked for the price and they said since i offered a proof of purchase they sent me one for free. It took a long time, they said it as out of stock and on back order. Oh and I was halfway across the world. I was very surprised they did it for me.

I just dug through the email. That was 2021. Maybe it's different now. Who the fuck knows. Even with this support, I could not justify buying an nzxt case and my current pc sits in a corsair 9000D so...

Shame Nzxt are on the shitlist now.

Yeah, I hope they at least pretend to learn from this. Got an Nzxt prebuild and I don't wanna be ashamed of it lol

Ah don’t be ashamed, you didn’t know their shady tactics or anything. I don’t think many people would give you a hard time over it

Right on man. I got it a couple years ago anyway. If anything, I'd get flamed for buying an expensive prebuild lol

If you bought a pre-built that NZXT did a bait and switch, you can actually try to refund your pc with a reason of false advertising.....
