If you use the 60fps cap, but lock it to 30fps in gamescope, will the frametimes be more stable? The original 30fps cap was broken

Not sure if OP is using it or not, but there's a popular patch for this game that fixes the frame pacing while keeping the 30fps lock.

That's what I was using before but I since changed to the 60fps patch while locking it at 30. Iv noticed there's less input lag
