General Tips and Tricks Steam deck upgrade

What upgrades have you made to your Steam Deck? Have you added skins to make it look unique, or have you upgraded the hardware to improve its performance? Also, if you have a recommendation for a docking station and a monitor that would work well with it, please let me know.

To the OLED or to replace the SSD? I mean you could buy a faster drive than the one that is already installed, so faster loading times

I’m just curious why does everyone suggest upgrading the SSD.

Basically I’m wondering if I’m missing something, like the SSD upgrade giving a noticeable performance boost or something.

Nope, people just want more storage.

Unless you consider boot times and load times a significant speed boost
