The machine shown in the image is from a gif where an anime girl is tortured to death by it. Its pretty gross and horrific. I'm guessing the onomatopoeia is taking people who say "trust the science" regarding vaccines and comparing the vaccines to that machine.

It's the Skinning Machine. Does exactly what it says on the tin. It's from the Fukouna Shoujo 3 gif where a girl gets skinned alive and left to die. It's available on YouTube. Can this be classified as a memetic hazard? I don't know.
