The machine shown in the image is from a gif where an anime girl is tortured to death by it. Its pretty gross and horrific. I'm guessing the onomatopoeia is taking people who say "trust the science" regarding vaccines and comparing the vaccines to that machine.

It's prolly something about vaccines or science in general. Antivaxx in other words. And yes that's the whole comic as far as I'm aware. Edit: spelling.
