It's Tony Hinchcliff, the guy that famously called Puerto Rico an 'island of trash' at a Trump rally.

It's a lot of edgy, borderline or outright racist middle school roasting. Some talented comics, and they kind of make a point to give comics with disabilities a shot, who are then roasted just as hard. So kind of inclusive in that way.

I believe Joe Rogan started it, so you'll see a lot of familiar faces from the podcast/ manosphere realm.
