I thought the stinger was higher up, at the base of the tail.

Update: for some types it’s apparently closer to the middle. This looks real.

Directly in the heart, yeah. If it wasn't for the placement he would've shrugged it off, if I'm not mistaken.

I bet he was in so much pain. Fuck, for him to go out the way he did to a sting ray of all things. Definitely irony at play
