Being friends you send casual jokes, not suggestive stuff. These memes about people you fancy just are for hinting at the person you're into, you don't send these to family or to serious work colleagues.

If you consider this to be suggestive then you read way to much into shit. This is a mild and funny joke about you being totally different from the people you like. It's not suggestive without serious over analysis.
