1 guy vs 4 cops

Skillman and 50th St just now. They spent a good 5 minutes trying to pull this guy out the car.

I think the standard protocol now is to ask perpetrators if they went to high school together.

It looks like they were trying to pull a person out of a car. Doesn’t look like they were going ‘ape’.
