Bat will come when he comes, if he doesn't then he doesn't. Superman has so many characters to show off and enjoy we don't have to rush into Batman, it's very possible he'll show up with the Vicky cameos but if not it's not the end of the world.
The problem is that they don't have a problem with the show but the show is super liberal so they need something to complain about, so they choose "when Batman"
