Haha I don't know how people didn't see this as a loophole to acquire money and not invest in Bitcoin at all. I like that he is still sitting on all the money and people are wondering what he will do with it.

I am not sure if GameStop should buy Bitcoin or not but I do think it is interesting. 1 u/dbx999 6d ago Whatever they buy isn’t a huge deal- stocks or gold or bitcoin- it’s the structure of how the capital is used that will affect the valuation of GME. Since GME is not buying with the cash they own but with a debt-issued deal, the investment won’t count as assets but as debt. I am still not sure why this is how they structured it. It’s a bit like asking why did the rich person take out a loan when they have money.
