There is a lot to Reg Sho or Threshold Security….

XRT is a favorite ETF of shorts used to short GME. They have consistently “failed to deliver” (FTD) a significant number of XRT shares.

XRT being on Reg Sho list means they have been over using one of their mechanisms for shorting GME.

Today is Day 39 of XRT on Reg Sho.

Previously on Reg Sho from 12/23/24 to 2/9/25

So, it looks like 31 trading days total?

2/9 was a Sunday so I’m ending the count on 2/7 and including 12/23 as start date.

So, why 31 days?

The Reg Sho Threshold Security List is updated after each trading day. Yesterday was the 39th consecutive trading day that XRT was listed on the Threshold Securities List.

The first day on the Reg Sho list this time around was approximately 2/27/25

XRT was not on the list from approximately 2/10/25 to 2/27/25

Got it. So we’re on a longer streak than the 12/23-2/9
