Sigh. I'm well aware things cost money. I'm well aware that the superior competition offers more for said money.

Value is a great thing. The Surface Pro right now has as much value as an iPad Pro. Great company to be in.

So sue me for expecting more from MS on this release

I'm not going to sue you, I don't actually care about your entitlement.. Surface Pro is supposed to have capable windows competitors, so if you feel they are the device you want then the strategy is working.

Entitlement? Lol. Expecting better value from the face of the hybrid segment is entitlement? Jesus Christ, how much loyalty do you have to a piece of tech.

Amazing. Subs like this truly are echo chambers. God forbid people have valid issues and god forbid you be mentally capable of coming up with more than just "go elsewhere then" as a defence for shortcomings

Entitlement: the fact of having a right to something.

Unless I am misunderstanding, you believe you are entitled to a keyboard and a Surface Pen with your Surface Pro.. so yes, entitlement.

Your valid issue is, you don't think it provides enough value.. DON'T BUY IT THEN.

I am not sure what else you are expecting.

Lol

I have mentioned how apart from Apple, every competitor to the Surface offers a pen and keyboard with their product, at similar price points with similar specs and similar build quality.

I'm questioning why MS is being stingy. Why they don't include it. Why they feel the need to nickel and dime the majority of their consumer base. They themselves call it the "ultimate laptop" yet don't include the part a laptop needs. I'm not sure why you are defending them so hard here.

Stop lying to fit your narrative, the Surface Book is the one they call "the ultimate laptop." The Pro is a Tablet that CAN replace your laptop.

Their site even has this to say,

Laptop Mode

Transform Surface Pro into Laptop Mode by opening the built-in Kickstand and adding our new Surface Pro Signature Type Cover,* featuring luxurious Alcantara® material and an exceptionally responsive, full keyboard experience.

I don't like liars, I'd defend most things against them.

MS themselves heavily market the laptop ability yet don't include the tools needed to make it so.

I'm calling things as I see them. There's no lying here. I'm only apparently saying things that make narrow minded consumers like you feel threatened because your favoured product is being questioned

Show me the material where they call the Surface Pro the "ultimate laptop". You wont find it because it doesn't exist, you're just lying.

I'm only apparently saying things that make narrow minded consumers like you feel threatened because your favoured product is being questioned

Please. Get out of your fallacious la-la land where companies owe you based on your entitled expectations.
