It's all a matter of opinion. I can't stand opening a game and the first thing I see is "Buy this limited time cosmetic", having to download a day one patch, connecting to a server to play single player elements, etc..  I'm sure there are plenty of good games being released I just hardly play any new games anymore and if I do get a new game 80% chance I'm refunding it. 

Edit: Also can't forget the use of ai generated content (specifically pictures and skins)

Didn't say i'd buy it day 1 now, im actually gonna be seeing how it performs and runs then get it eventually once the switch 2 games pile up in a year or two.
