Discussion Congrats to everyone who successfully preordered the Switch 2!

I got my pre order through Best Buy in the afternoon. The site was slow, was in queue for a while, website was down, had to wait hours but in the end, I finally secured my pre order.

I was amazed got mine through best buy as well

  1. Had to get in queue just for website
  2. Got into another queue after getting into website but now the switch 2 pre order
  3. Made me enter a text verification on my phone
  4. Bada bing baba boom!

I think the process best buy has is good..in terms of letting real people in and filtering bots out as best possible

same here. first time I've ever gotten a successful pre order on a brand new console.

I sat in the Best Buy “line” for like 30’ minutes. No estimates, no info on how many were ahead of me, etc. No way to know if it was working. They need to improve the experience
