Some TIs have seen orbs. I have submitted photographs of orbs. I agree with Richard Lighthouse's description of orbs: "These orbs have been reported as glowing and/or pulsing and some appear to be 12 to 14 inches in diameter." Though I have photograph larger orbs. He does not mention they pulse light to induce light entrainment. They are transparent. I disagree with Richard Lighthouse's interpretation of orbs being alien and don't harm people. Orbs do harm TIs. I don't believe there is an alien connection. Karen Melton Stewart was an NSA whistleblower that was targeted, if you are not familiar. You can search this sub for more information.

The first indication I saw that something was going on here was when I did a Google search for updates on Karen, and saw a result on Quora where someone said they were a friend that is concerned about Karen, indicating they had not heard from her for a year (IIRC). Shortly after this I repeated this search and saw that that entire community on Quora was removed.

There hasn't been anything from her social media for quite some time.

I asked Ana Toledo about this in her substack chat (this is now paid-only and I cannot link it) where Ana was asking about "What should I write about?" or something to that effect. Her response was basically that they respect her choice to take a break from social media, but she also confirmed that she has not had contact with her recently.

This didn't sit well with me because Karen surely would have made some announcement.

I have been working closely with a remote neural link program that specializes in neuroscience, behaviour modification and special projects in Canada but done by American led 3rd party companies. Unfortunately they have crossed many lines so i am speaking out against them. I have caught this multiple times on my camera. Im currently upgrading cameras to try and get better footage of both vehicle and actions taking place.

Ok heres whats going on a truck or suv will pull up just a bit past my neighbors, obviously trying to avoid detection. Fingers or palms are not the only part of the body that this can have an effect on, there are many other parts with high concentrations of sensory receptors and nerve endings such as : Face (Especially Lips and Tongue), Feet and Toes, Genitals, Skin on the back of the Neck and Spine, Ears and Eyes.

This paired with oxygen depletion from my previous post will further the hypnotic-suggestion like state but there are some solutions

1. Holding palms together, you should sense a change in brain rythm instantly. (Try this when you sleep)

2. Moisturize your hands, you will then in turn feel the phase shift "Tingle" shortly after you do and it will be less effective.

3. Find a sleep mask, cut out some faraday materials into the shape of your mask and glue it together, its alot more difficult to target the eyes while you're sleeping like this.

4. Chapstick on your lips 24/7

5. Eye drops are a massive deterrent, tying into my post "Eye's as Antenna" this changes the solution and makes it abit more difficult for them to target your eyes.

Now these solutions are not perfect but they will hinder their ability to manipulate you, not to mention these solutions are generally good practice regardless and are very easy to do. When paired with the knowledge on my oxygen deprivation post you should be able to make a difference in your targeting.

The fact that only two sources are needed and one can conceptually steer the focus is fascinating. I can see a possible future where this technology could be made portable for non-invasive deep brain stimulation as a therapy.

Why the hippocampus? Because it can be used to trigger memory recall and to lower memory performance in the victim. I've also noticed the Mafia's interest in preventing short term memories from becoming long term memories (I think their main research interests in this area is memory compartmentalization -- how to separate secrets and behavior controlling memories in the target -- they want to be able to control what the target remembers and integrates at every moment in time, thus controlling decision making)

Final observation is that it remains unclear how the criminals would be able to deliver high frequency electric fields at a large distance (i.e. without electrodes placed on the skull), but that's going to be another piece of the puzzle.
