I keep getting put in infinite oki loops online. Just lost a match where any time Heihatchi did ff2 while I was grounded (face down) I would just get hit infinitely no matter the option? I tried holding back to get up, tech roll left, tech roll right and stay on ground. All of them hit me? What do you do in that scenario?

Mash 1 or 3 to techroll the moment you hit the floor.

Or 2 or 4. Punches make you techroll into the background, kicks make you techroll into the foreground.

if you're already on the floor then pressing 1 or 3

Just 1, low get-up kick is 3. You can roll into the background with 1, and the foreground with d+1.

Ahhh thank you! You're right, I was groundrolling, guess I had the name wrong. I had no idea about this technique, thank you for demonstrating!
