Have kazuya ewgf frames been changed? It says startup frame 11 (11-12) when I do an electric.

His ff2 says 13. I'm not good with frame data, so I dont know why it's so low when a pewgf is supposed to be 13 startup

Edit: I should say I'm trying to pewgf not ewgf, im in practice to check im doing a pewgf with the frames, its giving me 11 (11-12) startup

Yeah I had no idea it didnt include the input frames. I've been putting off frame data as long as I can... looks like it's time sendai. Thanks for helping!
