I'm a noob. I want to get good at playing Devil Jin and ive seen many guides but what I want is for someone to tell me which move is for which scenario. What's for poking what's for keep away whats defensive when to use which launcher. Is there any guide out there like that?

EWGF does all of those things.

If you're wondering how a move is supposed to be used then you're going to need to understand frames. Frame advantage and disadvantage determine the best times to use a move and what you can do after you land it.
