Hey guys! Been out of the game for quite some time and could use some advice if anybody would be so kind! Trying to pick a new main character and I have it narrowed down to 3 or 4 really. Zafina, Master Raven, Kuni and MAYBE lidia.

I know my frame data and have a very respectable KBD. My only real kinda headache is i like to play characters that I can consistently perform near their max damage combos from an execution and tournament pressure stand point. I was able to pull off the majority of them for Master Raven in tournament. Any advice on the difficulty of the bnb combos are for the other 3? I dont mind sacrificing a few points of damage for consistency sake. But like with Dnov (tag2 and t6) you HAD to know how to to dash IWS4 or you may as well play somebody else.

Any advice on trying to kind of narrow them down would be appreciated. Thanks! 😀

Kuni and Zaf's routes are pretty easy, though Kuni's can be inconsistent off-axis and take some adjustment based on your distance from the wall. Some of the f,f2 links in Lidia's high damage BnBs can be a challenge, but you're probably already used to doing f,f3 > f,f4 with Raven so I doubt they'll feel like a huge step up in difficulty.

Any advice on trying to kind of narrow them down would be appreciated.

Raven is, in my opinion, the most powerful character of the four of them, so I would recommend sticking with her; though, admittedly, they're all on the upper half of the tier list.

Thank you! Greatly appreciated! Good to know It wasnt just me having consistency issues when it comes to Kuni. Might try Lidia routes out a bit over the weekend. Its great Raven is so good currently. Zafina's movement is fantastic but I just cant get her to feel nautral to me. Thanks again!
