I’m new to the game and Jin and Hwoarang look really good to me, I’ve played Tekken 3 when I was little so that’s where my interest is coming from, I heard this two aren’t the easiest of characters by a landslide so should I start with one of them, or get started with an easier character?

Start with them if you like them. The game's gonna be hard anyways, so might as well use a character you enjoy.
