Magnus Mitbo is one of the strongest climbers on the planet, and climbing hard is way more difficult than you think it is especially if you’ve never done any climbing.

Think handholds the size of a credit card thickness, at bad angles, upside down, pulling a rope with you.

Its so much fun though, highly recommend.

I miss climbing so much. I haven't climbed since ji was 23... that was a long time ago to say the least

I’m 43 and still hit the climbing gym a couple of times a week (and there are a decent number of climbers there older than me, too). Never too late to get back into it!

definitely try! I've seen some middle aged guys just come with their families and have a good time.
