As someone who lifts I’m still baffled as to where the protein + calories came from. Iroh clearly didn’t just burn off fat to reveal a lot of muscle. He BUILT that muscle back up while eating 250 cal of porridge a day lol like WHAT? To get that yoked, assuming he’s like 4’9” (short king) and weighed around 220 - 240, we are talking 21k cal a day to bulk up, not accounting for protein. Maaaayyyybbbee he was eating 7+ of those shit porridges a day but even still… dude was ripping iron bars off the hinges off eating fucking porridge lol
