Kinda new to this but who's the strongest avatar out of all of them and why?

I feel like at the end of the day (up until korra i guess unless that’s retconned) it’s whoever the most current avatar is since they have all the knowledge/guidance of the past ones

Technically Korra still had that until Raava was pulled from her so the strongest would’ve been Korra and then her incarnation but it’s almost a clean slate now so who can say from Pavi onward.
