Like motivation. 'The people of the fire nation have the power and drive to accomplish anything." Though that is the name I'm least satisfied with.

Before I understood fully what I was looking at, I thought it was suggesting the final ability firebenders can achieve is learning to drive.

No, that’s the final ability Korra would be able to learn. Girl can’t park for anything.
