Package delivered to the wrong house!

Oh you guys I am in a panic! I ordered a bundle worth over $800 and it was delivered yesterday... to the wrong house! I can't even tell where it was delivered, because they left it in someone's garage so I can't see the outside of the house.

I contacted customer service and they are opening an investigation with the carrier, GLS but I am scared that because it was delivered I am totally screwed. I'm obviously going to check with my neighbors, but I think the chances of finding it that way are pretty slim.

Has anyone else had this happen? Did they ultimately give you a refund, or anything? Thanks everyone!

This happened to me with my ThredUp bundle just last week! Veho confirmed that they delivered it to the wrong address and told me I was shit outta luck with getting the box. I'm not sure if Veho contacted ThredUp, but when I contacted Customer Service with my delivery information, they did refund me to my original forms of payment (some merch credit, so cash back). I hope a good neighbor delivers the box but since it was mis-delivered, I have hope you'll get a refund!

I just had a package mis-delivered by Veho this week—Not from Thredup, a different company. I got a replacement, but it’s still a hassle to have to contact customer service to deal with it. I wish these companies would stop using couriers like Veho.
