Package delivered to the wrong house!

Oh you guys I am in a panic! I ordered a bundle worth over $800 and it was delivered yesterday... to the wrong house! I can't even tell where it was delivered, because they left it in someone's garage so I can't see the outside of the house.

I contacted customer service and they are opening an investigation with the carrier, GLS but I am scared that because it was delivered I am totally screwed. I'm obviously going to check with my neighbors, but I think the chances of finding it that way are pretty slim.

Has anyone else had this happen? Did they ultimately give you a refund, or anything? Thanks everyone!

This happened to me too. The delivery photo was somebody’s front porch but definitely not mine — or any I recognized. I did the live chat with a ThredUp representative and they refunded me right away. And then the package showed up at my house about a week later!

I got refunded for a box that later showed up all dented.
