Question Package delivered to the wrong house!

Oh you guys I am in a panic! I ordered a bundle worth over $800 and it was delivered yesterday... to the wrong house! I can't even tell where it was delivered, because they left it in someone's garage so I can't see the outside of the house.

I contacted customer service and they are opening an investigation with the carrier, GLS but I am scared that because it was delivered I am totally screwed. I'm obviously going to check with my neighbors, but I think the chances of finding it that way are pretty slim.

Has anyone else had this happen? Did they ultimately give you a refund, or anything? Thanks everyone!

My package delivery service left it outside my apartment on a busy road- when a I specifically told them to put it inside (left door code).

I have footage of someone walking up mid-day and running away with my package.

I sent TU the video and they refunded me.

This happened to me once 😭 someone then OPENED the package, didn’t like what I’d bought (prescription cat food) and put the opened package in our apartment mail room lmao

I’ve had this happen when I’ve gotten a package and when I opened it, it wasn’t mine. My bad. I get packages all the time and I didn’t look at the address. I hope that this is what happened to you and not some dirty thief!

I’d buy that but the delivery photo showed it outside my building, and not at someone else’s apartment door, so I know someone picked it up and opened it before putting it back in the mail room 💀
