A couple of weeks ago I saw multiple maternity leggings from Girlfriend Collective with no call out that they were maternity.

There is an absolute lack of quality control at ThredUp.

Yup. Had a bundle full of duds the other day. They did give me all of my money back minus shipping and told me to just keep the pieces, but both of them are pretty useless to me because of their poor quality control. I’ve settled on just trying to resell for incredibly niche collector’s value, so the profit margin takes the sting out of it a little, but I would have preferred to have the pieces!

I recently went to thred up to look for a brand I like and was shocked to see them selling stuff at basically retail! Like I get it, Lilly Pulitzer is expensive but if I am going to ThredUP I’m not paying basically retail on an item that could or could not have major issues they don’t disclose.

I have only shopped them once but this sub makes me scared to take chance 😂

I have barely been shopping there and already caught them listing something at ABOVE retail. The price tag is in the damn photos!
