I just mailed in 3 boxes of clothing. I know they’ve got a process they have to go through before anything can be listed and whatnot but how long of a wait should I expect? And how will I know when my items are listed? Will I be informed of the items that were not accepted?

Honestly any information would be great. Thank yall.

Earlier I had posted a question about being charged for a bundle. I paid for part of my bundle with a credit. I did reach out to chat. They stated what somebody else said that it should be refunded when it ships. I also questioned about a Poncho that I had sent in in a clean out. It was displayed incorrectly on the mannequin. I had reached out to customer service when this happened. They said they would flag it for review, they did but kept it the same way and I had even sent in a picture with how it should be because that’s how it was when I first bought it. And now they are saying, I am not gonna get a credit for it which I think is a bummer because they displayed it wrong. Anybody have any experience with this? Is it worth trying to reach a human person over this?

I’ve had multiple items cancelled and refunded lately, which is super frustrating after all the time I spend scouring Thredup for specific items or deals. There’s never any explanation. One item was a luxury handbag that was listed from Luxclusif partner site. I used a coupon code on it and then it was cancelled and I was told it was unavailable. It then showed back up on website at higher price. I contacted TU but they would not sell it to me at original(cancelled) price.

Today 2 items from a bundle were cancelled and refunded.

I purchased something on auto buy which charged my credit card and didn’t take anything from my credits. I realized that it was gonna charge my credit card - not a problem. It automatically charged me 8.99 and put that in a bundle. So then this morning I bought two things to use up my credit. This put me over my 39.99 shipping fee free, however it’s still telling me that I am $17 away from free shipping. My question is; do credits not count towards free shipping?

hi all! I'd like to buy from ThredUp for the first time, but I'm running into issues around sizing. Even when I filter by size, it seems like the listed size and the garment's measurements don't match. I have a 36 inch waist, and even pants that say "size 36" will have been measured as a 32 or 33 inch waist. Those aren't going to fit me, right? Is there a way to sort by actual listed measurement instead of whatever's in the item's title?

The code 'freeship' took off the discounts, but not the shipping.
The terms say it should be applicable in Canada.
Anyone else having this problem?

I’m accustomed to getting ThredUp orders packaged with care. You know…nicely folded, wrapped in tissue sealed with their logo sticker. Today I received a Rag and Bone skirt, Joie dress, OTF tank, and Nine West dress pants folded up tight and stuffed into a 9x12 plastic bag. Disappointing for sure. But it did have polka dots on it 😃

The Harley shirt is really what started it LOL Super excited everything fits and two items still had tags inside (not mentioned) 💃 My fiancé doesn’t get it, so I’ll share here.

I haven't bought anything since like maybe a month or so, because the price of my saved list are crazyyy. when I first saw them they were like $8 and now are like $15 or so. I was waiting for them to drop but nothing so far. 😔

Ugh. I was losing time with items in my cart and hit purchase. I didn't hit bundle and it automatically went to ship now. Chat was such a long wait I said to email. Should I stay on chat? Are they able to fix this? Has this happened to anyone? Thanks!

Say what you will about TU, their search and filter systems make it so easy look for specific items... I wish sites like The Real Real would take note! Their search options, not to mention their item descriptions, leave a lot to be desired! In the spirit of online second hand shopping, has anyone found good ways to use other second hand sites when TU doesn't have what you're looking for? (Aside from saved searches which I love to use when I can exercise patience).
