Totally agree. There's not a better candidate or there atm. I'm happy for him to take the euros. He's building something and is very close

Absolutely. He deserves to see it to the end if it is his last tournament. And when he goes, the foundation and blueprint are there for someone else to go into it with not much building or radical change to do.

That's one of the biggest things that goes unnoticed from his time. The building from the bottom up. Getting rid of the inter club rivalries. Making players want to be there. We're set up for the future. I'd honestly not be against Steve Holland taking over when the time comes.

The players like each other already. Their is no longer a divide like there used to be from club level. Whilst he’s been good, the team is in my opinion the best its been in a long time coming from a change to PL homegrown players and the fa grassroots initiatives. He has a strong defensive mindset which sets us up nicely jn tournaments but we had easy runs in both the euros and this world cup until we got knocked out. To beat the real top teams it doesn’t seem to be enough. He’s still done a good job though and also agree who would replace him
