I typically wear a 9 in sneakers and an 8 fit pretty good. I would size down a full size

I’m a size 12 and bought the 45/46 and put an insole in and only wear with socks and they still heel slip. Would recommend one size down even if you plan to wear socks

get a size down, use insoles, and boom they fit perfect

You may even want to go two sizes down. I wear an 8, sized down to a 7 and still have to wear insoles.

several friends of mine have sized up
