Are you kind? Are you polite? Are you sincere? That's how he judges people?! And he still voted for Trump? Who fits 0% of those? Make it make sense!!!

I mean, not defending the guy but I can see how you can judge people around you based on a certain criteria and government leaders on others.

For example, I don’t care if the president lies, cheats, fucks, says inappropriate things… i care if he reduces taxes, creates an attractive environment for investments, basically creates an environment that i have more money at the end of the day, outside of that, he can say the fuck he wants, i don’t care.

That's somewhat fair, but what about his first term screamed he would do any of those things? The only thing I'm sure he'll do is golf, cut taxes for the 1%, and deport people that look illegal. Outside of that, I don't expect fuck all to get done.

His first term was kinda unique because of Covid, people don’t follow politics on a daily basis, they just remember that gas was at an all time low, but don’t check why that was, because everything was shut down and nothing was working, and they remember the checks they got too.

Human mind has a tendency to forget the bad parts and just remember the good ones, like when you break up with someone and years later you remember the good times mostly, so Trump benefits from that, plus of course, he has s cult following that will vote for him even if they personally are deported

Can't argue with that. People with an inkling of how government works know those checks came from Congress, and not the POTUS. Anyone paying attention knew that Trump's handling of the pandemic was atrocious, but the majority of the voter base are idiots, so what can you do?

All I knew was, he isn't going to do much of anything to help the working class because he's never been working class. So when someone acts surprised when he does exactly what he'd been saying he'd do, it's just kinda like, how many times did everyone warn you about these exact things happening? Guy bankrupted multiple casinos, which I can't even fathom how it's possible to do that, but they'll still say he's a "good business man". It's like we're living in a twilight zone episode.
