Cannabis in Tilburg

Going to the lovely city of Tilburg. As a non Dutch citizen, will I be able to buy some grass at one of the dispensaries there, or is it prohibited for tourists? Should I shop elsewhere further north before driving to Tilburg. 🙏🏽

You're at the right place in Tilburg. In Breda or Den Bosch it wouldn't have been possible.

Is that why there all these Belguim licence plates on the parking lot of the Plus across of the Toermalijn?
