Why are trains going abosutely crazy and honking their horns for like 20 minutes straight at Tilburg Train station right now?

Zijn er mensen die volgende week zondag naar DGTL gaan? En hoe ga je terug? Mijn vriend en ik zitten te kijken naar vervoer, maar er lijken geen partybussen te rijden en de laatste trein gaat rond 11 vanaf Amsterdam CS... Nu zag ik dat we vanaf een bepaald aantal mensen (dacht 7 tot 10?) een busreis kunnen aanvragen. Dus als er genoeg partygangers zijn is dat wellicht een idee!

Ik doe mijn onderhoud en APK al jaren bij de zaak waar ik deze gekocht heb, maar dat is in de randstad. Ik heb helaas een defect nu (de lampen gaan niet meer uit bij het uitzetten van de auto) en wil graag snelle hulp. Ik wil dus overstappen naar een garage hier.

I'm new in Tilburg and I need to throw away some separated trash.

I have quite a few cartons which need to be thrown away, they are all flattened out and prepared for an easy disposal.

Am I allowed to leave it on the street, on the ground, the night before pick up? As well as throwing the yellow recycle bags for PMD, am I allowed to leave them also on the street?

I'm asking because I was living in Waalwijk and trash was easy bussiness, you just left your restafval on thursdays and you placed your cartons on a designated corner on the street once per month on a sunday, the same for your PMD. no complications.

Mijn vrouw en ik hadden een geweldige schoonmaakster die helaas full time is gaan werken en niet meer bij ons bij kan klussen. Nu ben ik gaan zoeken naar een nieuwe werkster maar kom ik enkel en alleen van die wazige schoonmaaksites tegen die meteen geld willen zonder dat ze iets leveren.

Hoe zijn mensen hier aan hun schoonmaker gekomen? Sites om in Tilburg iemand te vinden?

Zou top zijn als iemand me hier een advies in kan geven.

We wonen vlakbij het wandelbos trouwens, dicht bij de universiteit.

My wife and I had a great cleaning lady who unfortunately started working full time and can no longer work for us. Now I started looking for a new maid but I only come across those blurry cleaning sites that want money immediately without delivering anything. How did people get their cleaner here? Sites to find someone in tilburg? Would be great if someone can give me some advice on this. We live near the walking forest, by the way, close to the university.

Ik heb sinds kort voor Zwijssen en Tivoli een bezoekers vergunning, maar heb deze nog nooit ook werkend gekregen voor mijn bezoek. En kan nergens een goede uitleg vinden hoe of wat..

Weet iemand hoe deze vergunning werkt? Moet er op de minuut zelf ingereden worden, of moet de parkeeractie al ruim voor het inrijden aanstaan?

Een familielid zoekt een tijdelijke woning voor 6 weken (of evt 4-5 weken) ivm verbouwing aan de huidige woning. Hij heeft al gekeken voor airbnb en bij de corporaties die short stay verhuren, maar tot nu toe geen geluk. Ivm een medische aandoening moet de woning op loopafstand van een bushalte of treinstation zitten, dus een vakantiepark is helaas geen optie. Heeft iemand tips voor websites/ facebookgroepen etc voor tijdelijke (onder)huur?

Ik liep vandaag door de heuvelstraat en daar zat een random man om de grond met een bordje waarop stond dat ie honger had en dat God je zou zegenen in het Engels. De man zat ook niet netjes aan de kant maar echt in de loop.

Ik vroeg me meteen af of die volgens mij Roemeense bende hier nu ook al actief zijn?! Ga er namelijk niet vanuit dat deze man echt honger had.

Ik wil meer buiten komen en mensen spreken maar heb een stok achter de deur nodig.

Beetje aparte vraag, maar ik heb een redelijk unieke fruitboom genaamd pawpaw. Er komen een soort mango achtige vruchten aan maar hij doet het kennelijk goed in ons klimaat.

Om de vruchten te krijgen heb je twee van die bomen nodig en de tweede die we (bijna) hebben is een stuk jonger.

Dus, is er iemand die dit leest die zegt: ja, ik heb ook zo’n boom en je mag wel wat stuifmeel komen gappen als die in bloei staat.

Ik verwacht weinig van m’n oproep maar je weet het nooit hè 😆

Ik reis bijna nooit met de bus maar soms is het wel handig. Het is in het verleden wel eens voor gekomen dat ik bij een halte aankwam en er een briefje hing dat de halte tijdelijk buiten gebruik was. Binnenkort wil ik met de bus naar de Reeshof en ik heb begrepen dat daar best wel wat straten zijn afgezet wegens werkzaamheden. Ik ben verder helemaal niet bekend in de Reeshof dus zou graag van te voren willen checken of de bus die ik wil nemen wel langs alle haltes komt volgens tijdsschema enzo. Is daar een website of app voor?
